Syrian Islamic State fighters evacuate Raqqa city: SDF

AIN ISSA, SYRIA (Reuters) - A group of Islamic State fighters evacuated the Syrian city of Raqqa overnight, taking civilians with them as human shields, a militia spokesman told Reuters on Sunday.
