Iraqi Kurdistan parliament delays presidential elections by eight months

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Elections for the presidency and parliament of Iraq's Kurdistan region set for Nov. 1 have been delayed by eight months, the regional parliament announced on Tuesday.
